Status: Under Development
Malmak Sun Power Energy Ltd’s flagship project located in Chisamba District, designed to generate 150MW of solar power supported by a 150MWh Battery Energy Storage System. This hybrid system strengthens Zambia’s national grid, enhances energy reliability, and supports industrial growth through sustainable generation.
Status: Planned
A large-scale solar development under Phase 2 of Malmak’s expansion strategy. The Solar Thermal Power Plant will supply clean electricity to support Zambia’s power demand and regional energy exports, contributing to the Southern Power Pool’s renewable energy integration.
Status: Concept Stage
Phase 3 envisions the integration of next-generation renewable technologies to deliver up to 1,000MW of clean energy capacity. This project will pioneer innovation through hybrid technologies such as floating PV systems, advanced BESS, and green hydrogen integration.
